Dear Friends at Eleven Eleven Animal Rescue.

Pippa here! Remember me? I was rescued by Eleven Eleven this spring from a backyard breader. Back then, I was known as Little Lady.

Well, it has been almost 5 months since I came here to my furever home. I have a Mom, a Dad, 2 human sisters and a cocker sister called Lucy. My whole family really loves me and cannot remember life without me. When I got here I was pretty weak and did not have much stamina. I was used to being in a cage. My furever family has built my muscle with good quality protein food and gentle exercise. Now I go on a 45 minute walk with my family every day. It took me most of the summer to figure out how to fetch a tennis ball. I love running around my backyard but I kept forgetting to bring the ball back! Not to worry, I have the game all figured out now. Even the neighbours love me and sometimes ask to take me out on walks in the woods.

I am a totally relaxed dog. My nickname is Zen Dog! Humans could learn from my mellow disposition. I have forgiven the past and I appreciate my life and my family everyday. Thank you very much to Eleven Eleven for saving my life. Thank you to my foster family who cared for me while I was waiting for my furever family to find me.
At 2 1/2 years old, I had a great time discovering snow and I am looking forward to celebrating my first Christmas. They tell me that a guy in a red suit is going to bring me a bone and some cookies. I promise not to bark at him!
